HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER TO YOU?

IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, WE GIVE OUR US CUSTOMERS UP TO 30 DAYS (AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE) TO RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) TO US FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE . INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (THOSE OUTSIDE THE U.S.) HAVE 60 DAYS. WE ONLY AUTHORIZE RETURNS THAT ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND PLACED BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION (IE. WITH NO VISIBLE WEAR AND TEAR/DAMAGE).

PLEASE NOTE  IF YOU RETURN YOUR ITEMS OUTSIDE THE 30 DAY RETURN PERIOD, THE ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU.

PRINT THE LABEL OUT, ATTACH IT YOUR PACKAGE BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, AND DON'T FORGET TO ENCLOSE A COPY OF YOUR DOMESTIC RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST. ORDERS UNDER $250 WILL BE CHARGED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
